• Order details (links to your listing photos, notes about your project) — to produce your video. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Support messages — when you contact us by email or phone. Legal basis: legitimate interests in responding to you.
• Usage and device data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) — for security, fraud prevention, and improving the website. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

• Stripe (merchant of record) — for payment processing, tax calculation and remittance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and invoicing.
• Service providers — hosting, analytics, and support tooling that help us operate the Service, under appropriate safeguards.
• Professional advisers — such as legal or accounting advisers, where needed.
• Authorities — where disclosure is required by law.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, order records are kept while your project is active and afterwards as required for accounting and tax purposes. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
