The Service is provided by Digital Ideation Group, trading as DIG Listing Studio. When you place an order or use this website, you are contracting with Digital Ideation Group. By continuing to use the Service, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

We produce cinematic real estate listing videos from photos and listing information you provide (for example, a link to your listing photos). Packages, pricing, and turnaround times are described on our website at the time of your order.

You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Engage in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices;
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including submitting photos or content you do not have the right to use;
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Service, including introducing malware, probing vulnerabilities, or scraping the site.

You retain ownership of the photos, listing links, and other materials you submit, and you grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to produce and deliver your video. You confirm you have the rights or permission to use all materials you submit.

We retain all ownership of the Service itself, including our website, software, templates, documentation, and branding. Subject to full payment, the completed video we deliver to you is licensed for your use in marketing the associated property listing.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected at checkout where required, and Stripe handles tax compliance on our behalf in supported jurisdictions. See also our Refund Policy.

Stripe acts as the merchant of record for transactions on this website. Stripe provides payment processing, calculates and remits applicable taxes, handles payment-related customer support, and manages chargebacks and refunds on our behalf. Your purchase is for services provided by Digital Ideation Group.

We work hard to deliver on time, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Stated turnaround times are estimates and may vary with workload or revisions requested.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service in the event of a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable-use rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
